Press Release Summary: rn74 Restaurant and Wine Bar To Occupy Street Level Space of
60-Story Luxury Condo Residential Tower

Press Release Body: SAN FRANCISCO - Millennium Partners, the developer of the
ultra-luxurious condominium high-rise Millennium Tower, currently under
construction at 301 Mission Street in San Francisco, announced that acclaimed chef
Michael Mina and Mina Group Wine Director Rajat Parr will open rn74, a unique
restaurant and wine bar concept, on the ground floor of the luxury condo high-rise.
The restaurant will be open to the public and also serve the building's private
dining room on the owners' club level floor.

\"Millennium Tower will be a new landmark in San Francisco, not only on the city's
skyline but also a landmark of elegance and service, and I'm thrilled to be a part
of this exciting project,\" said Mina. \"I have very strong ties to San Francisco,
and am very excited about now having a second restaurant in the city that I call
home.\"

rn74 is named after Route National 74, the major thoroughfare that passes through
the heart of France's Burgundy region. The restaurant will feature an expansive
wine list created by Parr showcasing the best expressions of red and white Burgundy
as well as new world pinot noirs and chardonnays. Parr plans to offer 50 wines by
the glass through an enomatic machine, allowing guests to purchase sample wines at
their own pace. Mina's menu will be crafted to best complement the wine list.
Although still early on in conceptualization, he plans to draw inspiration from
regional French cuisine, bold flavors and seasonal ingredients.

Wine education will be at the forefront of the wine bar portion of the project. A
team of sommeliers will be proactive in answering questions and making wine
suggestions for guests that are interested in learning more about the myriad of wine
selections at rn74. According to Parr, \"Whether it's one of the 50 wines by glass
we offer, or a bottle from our extensive wine list, we want our guests to feel
comfortable asking for advice and hopefully willing to try something their not
familiar with.\"

"Michael Mina and Rajat Parr are two of the most celebrated names in food and wine,
and we are extremely pleased to announce their association with Millennium Tower,\"
said Richard G. Baumert, managing director for Millennium Partners. \"Our potential
buyers have been thrilled to learn that this restaurant by Michael Mina will also
service the private dining room on the owners' amenity floor.\"

Millennium Tower, the first Millennium Partners project in San Francisco to bear the
company's name, will serve as a showcase for extraordinary standards of design,
services and amenities. Visually striking for its graceful elegance of design and
distinctive blue glass curtain wall, Millennium Tower will be the tallest luxury
residential property in San Francisco, the tallest residential building west of the
Mississippi, and the fourth-tallest structure on the San Francisco skyline.
Designed by acclaimed architect Glenn Rescalvo of Handel Architects, the 645-foot,
60-story luxury residential tower and an adjacent 11-story mid-rise building will
comprise a total of 419 residences, including 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 2-bedroom +
